Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in HR Operations and hands-on recruitment exposure. This role involves managing HRMS, performance processes (PIP/DAP), and providing end-to-end hiring support, ensuring smooth HR execution and a strong employee experience. You will collaborate closely with leadership, managers, and employees to support both people operations and talent acquisition needs across the organization.

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in HR Operations and hands-on recruitment exposure. This role involves managing HRMS, performance processes (PIP/DAP), and providing end-to-end hiring support, ensuring smooth HR execution and a strong employee experience. You will collaborate closely with leadership, managers, and employees to support both people operations and talent acquisition needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HRMS systems to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
- Oversee performance improvement plans (PIP) and development action plans (DAP) execution processes.
- Provide end-to-end support for the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and support employee management initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong experience in HR Operations and proficiency with HRMS tools.
- Hands-on exposure to PIP and DAP execution processes.
- Experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employee management practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively between operations and hiring responsibilities.
- High attention to detail and strong process orientation.
- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR Executive, HR Operations, or Recruitment role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with HRMS tools.
- Exposure to both HR operations and recruitment functions.
