Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in HR Operations and hands-on recruitment exposure. This role involves managing HRMS, performance processes (PIP/DAP), and providing end-to-end hiring support, ensuring smooth HR execution and a strong employee experience. You will collaborate closely with leadership, managers, and employees to support both people operations and talent acquisition needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HRMS systems to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
  • Oversee performance improvement plans (PIP) and development action plans (DAP) execution processes.
  • Provide end-to-end support for the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership and managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support employee management initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

  • Strong experience in HR Operations and proficiency with HRMS tools.
  • Hands-on exposure to PIP and DAP execution processes.
  • Experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
