Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with experience in contractual hiring to join our People & Culture department. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for contractual positions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Negotiate contracts and manage onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on contractual hiring
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
