Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role located in Surat. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws. They will oversee onboarding, coordinate training and development programs, and address employee relations matters. The role involves performance management, updating HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment to align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding Experience in Payroll Management and HR Compliance Skills in Employee Engagement, Feedback, and Relationship Building Understanding of Training, Development, and Performance Management Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills Knowledge of HR software and tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
