The HR Executive will manage daily operations related to human resources, including overseeing HR activities and policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include implementing HR management strategies, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting staff wellness and engagement programs. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment to support organizational growth and culture. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to effectively oversee human resource processes and strategies. Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment. Strong expertise in general Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address employee concerns with professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus. Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
