HR Executive / HR Manager – Manufacturing Industry

We are hiring an HR Executive / HR Manager for our Manufacturing Unit (Plastic / Masterbatch Industry).

The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, compliance, and employee management.

• Handle recruitment and hiring (blue collar + white collar)
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Ensure compliance of PF, ESIC, labour laws
• Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records
• Conduct training and employee engagement activities
• Handle discipline, grievance, and HR policies
• Coordinate with management and department heads
• Confidentiality & Data Control
• Policy Implementation
• Factory HR Handling (Ground Level Work)
• HR MIS & Reporting
• Training & Development

• 4–7 years HR experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC
• Experience in recruitment,Training and compliance
• Good communication and people management skills
