About The Role
The Data Governance Analyst supports the Global Data Governance Manager in operationalizing the enterprise data governance framework across HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, Beqom, Qualtics, Orgvue and other HR systems. This role will be responsible for maintaining governance documentation and supporting design of data architecture across Reckitt’s HR suite of software and data governance across employee data to ensure it is of the highest quality.
Your responsibilities
Monitor/Analyse compliance and drive continuous improvement in data management practices.
Ensure accuracy and integrity throughout data processing and transformation activities.
Participate and facilitate working groups to align on data strategy and governance priorities.
Ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, system capabilities, and governance policies.
Support data migration and integration during system upgrades or transitions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on organizational data analysis.

Your responsibilities
- Global Data Governance Framework
Monitor/Analyse compliance and drive continuous improvement in data management practices.
- Data Operations & Delivery
Ensure accuracy and integrity throughout data processing and transformation activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Participate and facilitate working groups to align on data strategy and governance priorities.
- SuccessFactors Data Management
Ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, system capabilities, and governance policies.
Support data migration and integration during system upgrades or transitions.
- Organizational Design & Insights
Provide insights and recommendations based on organizational data analysis.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced usage and experience of excel and other reporting tools, being able to create macros and tools to support data audit.
- Experience and knowledge of SAP Success Factors and other HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders.
- Eager to look for innovative ways to continuously improve efficiency and automation in the data governance field.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage your projects effectively.
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
