Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with 3+ years of professional experience to join our growing team, you play a key role in designing and delivering impactful dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, SSRS, and Oracle Fusion. You bring strong SQL and ETL expertise to transform data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability across BI platforms. 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role. Hands-on experience in data warehousing (DW), BI development, and data modeling. Proficient in SQL, DAX, Power Query, and M language for advanced data transformation. Strong understanding of BI architecture, reporting frameworks, and visualization tools. Experience with ETL processes, database management, and performance tuning. Responsibilities Design and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS, optimizing for performance and user experience. Develop and maintain data models using DAX, Power Query, and SSAS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Build and manage ETL processes using SSIS, integrating data from multiple sources. Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for reporting and data transformation. Support development of Oracle Fusion Reports (OTBI, BIP) and maintain user access controls. Document technical specifications and establish best practices for reporting and data workflows Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Oracle Fusion (OTBI, BIP) and PL/SQL. Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Certification in Power BI, SQL Server, or Oracle BI is a plus.
