Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
- Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR reports
- Coordinate with payroll/vendor teams for employee data updates
- Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support engagement activities, events, and internal communications
- Help implement HR policies and processes effectively
- Assist HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status, etc.)
- Support performance review cycles and feedback documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
- Exposure to recruitment or onboarding processes
- Experience working with ATS or HRMS tools
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment
