Job Responsibilities :

Job Purpose

Reliance Petrochemicals has embarked on a massive transformation journey to create a futuristic organization by working on three key levers, viz. Strategy, Policy and Execution. A transformation of this magnitude will entail a mammoth change management agenda coupled with carving the right organization design for our HR function. The value of the desirable organization design will be measured through its appropriate sizing and dimensioning that coincides with the strategic mandate of business.

The role requires to work as a change agent for HR Transformation initiatives. Ensure that it delivers consistent and effective HR services, maintain Org Structure and timely filling of vacancies. Facilitate timely completion of PMS. Establish effective communication strategies and drive employee engagement initiatives. Ensure proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring.

This role shall have the primary ask of working on enterprise-wide change management and HR organization design. The incumbent shall then be transitioned into a business partner, being responsible for driving the people agenda through robust HR offerings with a complete responsibility to manage the employee lifecycle and talent engagement including succession planning, leadership development, critical hiring and change advocacy.

Job Accountabilities

Drive HR Transformation agenda and work as a change agent to bring about effective roll out of all HR Transformation initiatives within timelines.

Implement HR strategies aligned to business goals and partner in creating sustainable and integrated solutions

Deliver consistent, effective and seamless customer facing HR services

Collaborate with COEs and take responsibility for Talent Management initiatives

Work with all stake holders for completion of PMS - facilitating smooth completion of Yearly Performance Plan filling in system, Mid-Year review and End Year review on time.

Effective implement employee engagement initiatives across all the levels of employees and maintain cordial employee relations by anticipating their needs & concerns

Plan and organise employee interactions and communication sessions at periodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedbacks.

Prepare MIS reports/HR metrics

Provide HR Policy interpretation and guidance to employees and leaders

Maintain Industrial peace and harmony through proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring.

Education Requirement :

MLW / MSW / MBA-HR or Post Graduate qualification in HR from reputed institute (full time master course)

Knowledge about labour laws & / compliance

Experience Requirement :

08-12 years of total experience

3 to 4 years of experience in HRBP role
