As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for a dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic team supporting the company's HR activities.
What will you do?
1. HR Operations and Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, forms, reports, employee records, and other HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee data, files, joining documents, exit documents, and HR records.
- Ensure HR processes are followed in line with company policies.
- Support employees and managers with HR-related queries and process guidance.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and interview scheduling.
- Conduct reference checks, employment verification, and pre-joining documentation where required.
- Manage onboarding activities for new employees, including joining formalities, orientation, HRMS setup, and introduction to company policies.
- Ensure new employees have a smooth and professional joining experience.
3. HRMS Administration
- Manage and update employee records in Keka HRMS.
- Support employees in using Keka for attendance, leaves, claims, reimbursements, documents, performance reviews, and other HR processes.
- Resolve basic employee queries related to Keka usage.
- Coordinate with the Keka support team where system-level support is required.
- Ensure timely updating of employee information, reporting manager changes, attendance corrections, leave records, and policy workflows in Keka.
- Prior experience with Keka or similar HRMS platforms will be preferred.
4. Attendance, Leave and Policy Support
- Track attendance, leaves, regularization requests, late marks, and exceptions as per company policy.
- Support employees and managers with leave management and attendance-related queries.
- Ensure timely follow-up for missing attendance, pending approvals, and policy deviations.
- Help maintain discipline and consistency in HR processes across departments.
5. Claims, Reimbursements and Benefits Administration
- Check employee claims and reimbursements for completeness, correctness, supporting documents, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with employees for missing or incorrect claim details.
- Support processing of benefits, reimbursements, travel claims, and other employee-related payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts / Finance for timely processing and clarification of HR-related payment matters.
- Maintain records of claims, approvals, and policy exceptions.
6. Employee Engagement and Welfare
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities.
- Take initiative in organizing birthdays, festivals, celebrations, employee welfare activities, team activities, and internal communication initiatives.
- Suggest new ideas to improve employee morale, participation, and workplace culture.
- Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and action tracking.
- Help build a positive, approachable, and people-friendly HR function.
7. Events, Meetings and Internal Coordination
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee events, annual functions, conferences, training sessions, and company gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, employees, managers, and internal teams for arrangements.
- Support logistics such as invitations, attendance, travel coordination, hotel coordination, food arrangements, materials, and follow-ups.
- Ensure events and meetings are organized professionally and within timelines.
8. Employee Grievances and Employee Relations
- Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related issues.
- Listen to employee grievances with maturity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Escalate sensitive matters to management wherever required.
- Support managers and employees in resolving day-to-day workplace issues.
- Maintain a balanced and fair approach while handling employee matters.
9. Performance and HR Process Support
- Support the performance appraisal process, review cycles, documentation, reminders, and employee communication.
- Assist in maintaining records related to appraisals, increments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes.
- Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Help improve HR process discipline and documentation quality.
10. Exit Management
- Support resignation documentation, exit formalities, clearance process, handover tracking, and full & final coordination.
- Conduct exit interviews where required.
- Ensure proper closure of employee records, HRMS access, documents, and company property handover.

Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR role
- Experience with Keka HRMS or similar HRMS software will be preferred.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR and Accounting procedures and practices
- Proven efficiency in current office computer software and equipment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work from office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
