Job Title: HR & Payroll - Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle)

Company Overview: Lamprell is a leading provider of fabrication, engineering, and contracting services to the energy industry. We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to optimize and support our HR and Payroll systems.

Role Purpose: You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of HR & Payroll processes. This includes investigating operational requirements, designing target systems, and providing technical support for both in-house and third-party Oracle-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Conduct methodical reviews of HR & Payroll data structures and workflows.
• System Implementation: Design and develop specifications for system enhancements; manage full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementations.
• Technical Development: Hands-on development of database objects, including functions, procedures, forms, and reports in Oracle environments (PL/SQL).
• Support & Training: Provide expert user support, manage system changes, and conduct cross-functional training.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business units to define requirements and obtain necessary approvals for process improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of application configurations and business process flows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Post Graduate in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience: * Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle HR & Payroll.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full life-cycle implementations.
• At least 1 year of experience in ERP system support and enhancement.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle development tools (PL/SQL), Microsoft Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and excellent professional communication in English.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Oracle BI, Qlik) and PRINCE2 or ITIL certifications.
