Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Operation Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The executive will handle day-to-day human resources and operational activities, including Recruitment, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management, ensuring efficient operational workflows and Client Relation management. The role also involves assisting in the onboarding process, addressing employee queries, and liaising between departments to foster a collaborative work environment.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • 1.5-2 years of experience in HR or operational roles
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
