We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Operations Executive to handle daily HR processes and office administration. The role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining records, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth office operations.

HR Operations

  • Attendance tracking & leave record management
  • Onboarding documentation & joining formalities
  • Exit formalities & clearance coordination
  • HR MIS & employee record maintenance
  • Payroll input coordination (attendance & leave data)
  • Recruitment coordination (interview scheduling & follow-ups)
  • Employee query handling
  • Supporting HR policy implementation

Admin Operations

  • Managing daily office administration tasks
  • Vendor coordination
  • Office inventory & asset management
  • Meeting & travel coordination
  • Ensuring smooth office functioning

🔹 Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of HR lifecycle
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Strong organizational ability
  • MS Excel & MS Word proficiency
