Role Description The HR & Admin Manager role at Turtle Wealth Management Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor and company policies. The HR & Admin Manager will manage administrative functions such as office facilities, vendor coordination, records management, and support for finance and operations where needed. Responsibilities include maintaining HR documentation, updating HR systems, handling employee queries, organizing training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive, professional workplace culture. The role also requires preparing HR and admin reports, supporting senior leadership with policy implementation, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong human resources skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Administrative and office management skills, such as facilities oversight, vendor coordination, record keeping, and general operations support.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and experience maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with HR software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset aligned with data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR and administration management, preferably in financial services or a similar professional environment, is highly beneficial.
