Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Madurai. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, and manage housekeeping and laundry services. Additionally, the role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and addressing customer service needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills for effectively managing and coordinating housekeeping staff
• Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact professionally with team members and clients
• Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping or facility management is a bonus
