Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Dehradun. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing team schedules, ensuring cleanliness standards, and organizing laundry services. The role demands regular inspections, team guidance, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in Housekeeping practices and implementing cleanliness standards consistently
• Experience in managing Laundry services and maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle operational challenges and provide solutions in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
