Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Attendant role based in Haridwar. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas. Daily tasks include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, replenishing supplies, and managing laundry for guest rooms and common areas. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety guidelines, and ensuring that all cleaning standards are met consistently. The Housekeeping Attendant is expected to interact politely with guests, respond to requests promptly, and support other team members as needed to deliver a high-quality hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform housekeeping duties including Laundry and general cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Customer Service skills to handle guest requests, concerns, and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Organization Skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly storage of linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Willingness to participate in Training and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items for extended periods as required for housekeeping work.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Reliability, integrity, and a respectful attitude toward guests, colleagues, and the workplace environment.
