As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms and common areas, according to established standards
• Change bed linens, replenish towels and toiletries
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and remove trash
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide a seamless guest experience
• Follow the hotel's procedures for handling lost and found items
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests
  
  

Requirements

• Education: 12th Standard / PUC or equivalent
• Experience: 0-5 years of experience in housekeeping is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
