Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About

This role exists because someone must:

● Identify and acquire new corporate accounts

● Drive room nights and bulk bookings

● Negotiate corporate rates and close annual contracts

● Maintain rate agreements and ensure pricing discipline

● Track monthly revenue from corporate accounts

● Ensure timely renewals and payment follow-ups

● Coordinate with operations for seamless guest experience

● Work closely with OTA and Revenue teams for rate alignment

● Share weekly pipeline and revenue updates with leadership

● Expand revenue within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, long stays, meetings, banquets)


Your success is not measured by activity.

It is measured by:

● Monthly room night growth

● Revenue per account

● Contract renewals

● Margin protection

● Strong corporate relationships

● Predictable recurring business


Who Can Apply

You should apply if:

● You are a Graduate (Mandatory)

● MBA (Sales / Marketing / Hospitality) preferred but not mandatory

● You have 2–6 years of Corporate / B2B Sales experience

● You have handled corporate accounts directly

● You are comfortable in field sales

● You have negotiated commercial contracts

● You understand revenue impact of pricing decisions

● You have stability (1.5–2 years minimum in at least one organisation)


Language & Persona

You must:

● Speak clearly and confidently in business meetings

● Present professionally

● Think commercially before offering discounts

● Be comfortable with numbers and revenue calculations

● Handle objections calmly (“Your rate is high”)

● Be disciplined with follow-ups

● Think long-term contracts, not short-term closures

● Show maturity in negotiation conversations
