Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Hotel Operations Manager. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, maintain service quality, and meet operational goals. Responsibilities include staff supervision, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, implementing training programs, and addressing guest needs promptly. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with hotel policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management, including staff coordination and department oversight Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality guest experiences Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and guests Experience in developing and delivering staff Training programs to maintain high service standards Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is highly desirable Prior work experience of 2-3 plus years.
