Role Description The Hospitality Professional will provide high-quality service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience throughout their visit. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations or seating, coordinating with food and beverage teams, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, supporting hospitality service standards, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pokhara, requiring flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional demeanor.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or related hospitality settings is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
