Role Description The Hospital Administrator at Redle Care is a full-time, stay at property role based in Chennai. This role oversees day-to-day assisted living and hospital-related operations, including coordination of clinical and non-clinical services, staffing schedules, and facility management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care. The administrator manages regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality assurance processes, while implementing policies and procedures that support residents’ health, comfort, and dignity. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with medical and caregiving teams, addressing resident and family concerns, optimizing workflows, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves driving service improvements, supporting technology-enabled care initiatives, and fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Medicine or healthcare practices relevant to assisted living.
  • Relevant skills such as leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution are beneficial.
  • Experience in assisted living, geriatric care, or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nurses or Nursing Assistants with over 10 years of hospital experience can also apply.
