Edwin Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Hospital Administration Faculty to join our team at our Kannur location (Full-Time).

• Position: Hospital Administration Faculty (Full-Time)
• Location: Kannur
• Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience in hospital/healthcare administration
• Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & skills)

• Deliver practical and industry-oriented sessions for Hospital Management students
• Handle classroom & online sessions as per schedule
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, case studies & practical assignments
• Mentor students for internships, placements & career readiness
• Support academic activities, assessments & evaluations
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams

• MBA/MHA - In Hospital Management/Administration
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Willingness to work full-time at Kannur location
