Company Description We?re looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Executive based at our Jhandewalan office. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations Present and promote company products/services to potential business clients Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates Generate HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf?s) leads and initiate the sales process Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and overall market conditions What we are looking for: Bachelor?s degree preferred; high school diploma required Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferred) Previous experience dealing with HORECA customers is a strong advantage Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
