HoReCa Sales Lead β Premium Hospitality Accounts
π Delhi / NCR (India)
Tenacious Bee Collective sells internationally award-winning honey variants sourced from small beekeepers across the Western Himalayas, produced in raw, unpasteurized, single-origin batches.
We are now expanding into hotel breakfast programs, speciality coffee service, luxury gifting, and premium hospitality experiences.
We are looking for a HoReCa Sales Lead with strong relationships within the hospitality ecosystem.
This role is best suited for professionals currently working with:
β’ hotel chains
β’ speciality coffee brands
β’ premium F&B distributors
β’ gourmet food companies
β’ beverage brands selling into HoReCa
Your Mission
Open and grow hospitality partnerships with:
β’ 4- and 5-star hotels
β’ cafΓ© chains and speciality coffee brands
β’ premium restaurants
β’ airlines and catering companies
β’ luxury gifting and hospitality suppliers
Our single-serve honey sachets are designed for:
β’ hotel breakfast buffets
β’ in-room dining trays
β’ cafΓ© beverage service
β’ cocktail and bar programs
β’ hospitality gift hampers
Ideal Candidate
β’ 5+ years of experience selling into HoReCa / hospitality procurement
β’ Existing relationships with hotel F&B managers, chefs, and procurement teams
β’ Experience selling premium food or beverage products
β’ Comfortable opening new accounts and building partnerships quickly
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership
Compensation
This is a performance-driven growth role.

A successful candidate should be able to secure their first key hospitality partnerships within the first month.
