HoReCa Sales Lead — Premium Hospitality Accounts

Tenacious Bee Collective sells internationally award-winning honey variants sourced from small beekeepers across the Western Himalayas, produced in raw, unpasteurized, single-origin batches.

We are now expanding into hotel breakfast programs, speciality coffee service, luxury gifting, and premium hospitality experiences.

We are looking for a HoReCa Sales Lead with strong relationships within the hospitality ecosystem.

This role is best suited for professionals currently working with:

• hotel chains

• speciality coffee brands

• premium F&B distributors

• gourmet food companies

• beverage brands selling into HoReCa

Your Mission

Open and grow hospitality partnerships with:

• 4- and 5-star hotels

• café chains and speciality coffee brands

• premium restaurants

• airlines and catering companies

• luxury gifting and hospitality suppliers

Our single-serve honey sachets are designed for:

• hotel breakfast buffets

• in-room dining trays

• café beverage service

• cocktail and bar programs

• hospitality gift hampers

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience selling into HoReCa / hospitality procurement

• Existing relationships with hotel F&B managers, chefs, and procurement teams

• Experience selling premium food or beverage products

• Comfortable opening new accounts and building partnerships quickly

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership

Compensation

This is a performance-driven growth role.

A successful candidate should be able to secure their first key hospitality partnerships within the first month.
