Role Description
Home Care Assistant (Freshers & Experienced)
We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, grooming, mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs
Provide post-surgical and post-hospitalization care
Administer basic medications as directed
Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
Coordinate with nurses and doctors for patient updates.

Who Can Apply:

✅ Freshers — GDA/HHA certified candidates (PMKVY, HSSC, ANM, GNM)
✅ Experienced — 1–3 years in home care, hospitals, or elderly care

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in providing daily living assistance, personal care, and mobility support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and understanding with clients
Ability to monitor patient health, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Experience maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance in care plans
Certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is preferred
Empathy, patience, and ability to adapt to diverse needs
Understanding of health and safety protocols related to home healthcare
