Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with eating and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Follow client care plans and agency policies
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
• Previous home care experience preferred but not required
