Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Holiday Packages Specialist / Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. The role involves designing and managing customized domestic and international holiday packages, catering to clients’ unique needs and budgets. Responsibilities include arranging travel bookings, managing customer inquiries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The specialist will also provide expert advice on travel destinations, assist with travel arrangements, and resolve customer concerns when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and creating customized travel packages
• Experience in Travel Management and efficiently managing client needs
• Strong skills in Travel Arrangements, including planning itineraries and organizing logistics
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities with a focus on communication and client satisfaction
• Experience with Reservations and booking systems for flights, accommodations, and experiences
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with visa processes and travel insurance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field preferred
