Role Description This is a full-time , on-site role for a HMC/VMC/VTL Setter and Programmer located in Coimbatore. The role involves setting up and programming HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers), VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), and VTL (Vertical Turning Lathes) using either MANUAL MACRO PROGRAMMING OR MASTERCAM PROGRAMMING . Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, creating efficient machining programs, tooling setup, machine operations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The individual will collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and meet targeted outputs. Qualifications Technical expertise in HMC, VMC, and VTL machinery programming and operation Skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Experience in tooling setup and fixture configurations Strong knowledge of CNC MACRO PROGRAMMING languages and G-code Commitment to precision, quality control, and adherence to industry standards Problem-solving abilities and optimization of machining processes Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a production team Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is a plus
