Job Description

Hiring PRT Gujarati teacher for a School in Surat location

Classes:1st to 5th

school timings:9:00AM to 2:50PM

Experience:2 to 5 years

salary range-20k to 25k.

Only for local candidates.

Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and interactive Gujarati language lessons aligned with the state curriculum and institutional standards.
Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Monitor student progress through regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and cultural pride.
Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance language learning and student engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent, with a specialization in Gujarati language or Hindi/Gujarati literature.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary education, preferably in a school setting.
Strong command of spoken and written Gujarati, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary expression.
Proven ability to design effective lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
Proficiency in using digital learning tools and educational software (e.g., Google Classroom, MS Office).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing educational needs.
Valid teaching certification or eligibility as per the Gujarat State Education Board (GSEB) or equivalent.
Willingness to work in Surat and commit to the school’s academic calendar and schedule.
