Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator | Edify World School, Kadapa | Free Stay & Food

Edify World School, Kadapa is looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead our Kindergarten section. If you have strong academic leadership skills, a child-centric approach, and experience in managing pre-primary programs, we'd love to hear from you.

• Lead and manage the Pre-Primary (Nursery, LKG & UKG) academic program.
• Mentor, guide, and evaluate pre-primary teachers.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
• Ensure joyful, activity-based, and experiential learning.
• Monitor classroom quality, assessments, and student development.
• Conduct teacher observations, training sessions, and academic reviews.
• Organize school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.
• Maintain academic records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic excellence.

• Graduate/Postgraduate with ECCE/NTT/Montessori/B.Ed (preferred).
• 3–8 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching, with 1–3 years in a Coordinator/Academic Lead role.
• Experience in CBSE/International/Progressive schools preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Proficient in curriculum planning and teacher mentoring.
