Ltd. is hiring a PHP Laravel Developer (On-site, Kolkata) We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laravel Developer with real-world experience in API development, backend logic and scalable application design. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on production-level projects and wants to grow with a fast-moving tech team. ?? About the Role You will work closely with our senior backend developer and contribute to backend modules for high-performance mobile apps. Our projects include user systems, rewards, authentication flows, database logic, app integrations and daily API-driven features. ?? Key Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain REST APIs for mobile applications?? ? Write secure, maintainable, scalable Laravel code (MVC structure)?? ? Build backend modules such as authentication, validation, user logic, rewards, transactions?? ? Optimize MySQL queries and database structure?? ? Troubleshoot bugs and improve backend performance?? ? Collaborate with frontend/mobile developers for smooth integration?? ? Follow clean code principles, proper naming conventions, and documentation?? ? Participate in daily discussions, sprint planning and code reviews?? ?? Required Skills ? 2+ years of hands-on PHP & Laravel experience?? ? Strong command over REST API development?? ? Good understanding of MySQL (joins, indexing, optimization basics)?? ? Clear knowledge of MVC architecture and Laravel ecosystem?? ? Practical experience with Git (commit, merge, pull requests)?? ? Strong debugging skills and clean code habits?? ? Good to Have (Bonus Points) ? Experience with queues, cron jobs, and events?? ? Basic Redis knowledge (cache/queue)?? ? Server deployment familiarity (DigitalOcean/AWS)?? ? API testing using Postman/Apidog?? ? Knowledge of Laravel Sanctum/JWT authentication?? ?? Who We Are Looking For ?
