Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Corporate Action XSP -Developer, located in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate action software solutions. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate settlements, handling corporate actions, and supporting trading activities. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial technology systems. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in analyzing financial data Manage Ingestion Normalization and Distribution of corporate action data. Strong IT skills Dotnet, C#,SQL, Java Developer / Mongo DB Expertise in Corporate Actions and related processes Knowledge in Finance, including investment banking and financial markets Experience with Settlement processes and ensuring accuracy Familiarity with Trading activities and supporting technology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field Professional certification in financial technology or related areas is an advantage Banking Industry experience mandatory
