Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to inspire students and develop their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment, implement effective teaching strategies, and promote a love for the Hindi language and Indian culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
• Encourage students to participate in debates, storytelling, poetry recitation, and cultural activities.
• Use interactive teaching methods, digital tools, and classroom activities to enhance learning.
• Identify students who need additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or a related subject.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Master’s Degree in Hindi is preferred.
• CTET/TET qualification is an added advantage.
  
  

Experience

• 1–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching.
• Creative, patient, and student-focused approach.
