Job Description

RD Civil Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Highway Design Engineers to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be involved in the planning, geometric design, pavement design, drainage design and preparation of engineering drawings and dcouments for highway and road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare highway geometric design and detailed engineering drawings.
• Assist in flexible and rigid pavement design as per IRC and MoRTH guidelines.
• Develop plan, profile, cross-sections, and corridor drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare quantity calculations, design reports, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams during project execution.
• Review survey data and assist in preparing design deliverables.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with relevant standards and project requirements.

Required Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–4 years of experience in highway and pavement design (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Basic understanding of IRC, MoRTH, and highway engineering principles.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• M.E./M.Tech in Transportation/Civil Engineering
• Exposure to highway projects through internships or professional experience.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation.
• Willingness to learn and work on challenging infrastructure projects.
