MAICAT Healthcare specializes in a non-pharmacological treatment protocol designed to reverse chronic lifestyle diseases by targeting root causes instead of symptoms.

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Health Counselor to join our team in East of Kailash. The primary focus of this role is to engage with prospective patients, understand their healthcare needs, and convert leads generated through digital platforms into active consultations and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads generated via social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), webinars, and specific marketing campaigns.
Patient Counseling: Conduct detailed telephonic or in-person counseling sessions to explain healthcare services, treatments, and packages.
CRM Management: Efficiently manage the patient journey within the CRM, ensuring timely updates, lead tagging, and follow-up scheduling.
Goal Achievement: Meet daily and monthly conversion targets to ensure a steady flow of patient registrations.
Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic guidance and building trust in the organization’s services.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in counseling, healthcare sales, or tele-calling.
Education: Graduate in any stream (Healthcare or Psychology background is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and tracking lead metrics.
Soft Skills: High empathy, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
