Healthcare - Techno-Functional /Data Analyst

Must have 6 +Years of experience in Techno-Functional

Lead the implementation of EHR/EMR systems (like EPIC) or Core Payer platforms (like Facets/QNXT)

Data Analytics: Use SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze healthcare datasets including claims, member enrolment, provider payments, etc.

Design and validate FHIR and HL7 message flows and API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across the payer and provider systems

Support the migration of healthcare applications to Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring data security and HIPAA compliance

Manage backlogs in Jira/ADO/Rally, drafting technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria for developers

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
