Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Lakhisarai. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing first response care and emergency medical treatment, ensuring proper medical standards are maintained, and coordinating healthcare-related training programs. Key responsibilities include maintaining patient records, communicating effectively with patients and teams, and supporting the overall healthcare operations at the facility.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) protocols and a background in Medicine
Effective Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and team members
Experience in providing or managing Healthcare and relevant Training programs
Ability to respond to emergencies with precision and care under time-sensitive conditions
Certification or degree in healthcare-related fields (preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare management systems and medical recordkeeping
A commitment to patient well-being and professional ethics
