Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Chennai. As a Healthcare Specialist at Poshmark, you will be responsible for delivering healthcare-related services, conducting health assessments, and providing professional guidance on medical and wellness inquiries. You will also collaborate with the team to develop effective health and safety training programs and offer support in emergency medical situations for the team members as needed.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in healthcare, including knowledge of Medicine and EMT.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively educate and provide guidance to team members.
Experience in providing Training on health and safety protocols and managing wellness programs.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in healthcare and wellness-related domains.
A relevant degree, certification, or licensure in healthcare or related fields.
Ability to work and provide support in an on-site environment in Chennai.
Previous experience in workplace health and safety or knowledge of occupational health standards is a plus.
