Healthcare Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in New Delhi. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing emergency medical response, administering healthcare services, conducting training sessions, and ensuring timely and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders to maintain health and safety standards. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support health initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. They will also play a key role in fostering a culture of health and safety within the workplace.

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and foundational medical knowledge
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in delivering healthcare training programs and promoting health education
• Background in healthcare services or medicine, with the ability to apply best practices in occupational health
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team-oriented environment
• Understanding of local health regulations and safety protocols
• Certification in EMT or related medical fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, medicine, or a related field preferred
