Healthcare Marketing Executive – Field Operations
for Hiwox
Role Type
Hiwox is building healthcare and wellness-focused initiatives through doctor collaborations, awareness programs, wellness campaigns, and preventive healthcare engagement across colleges, gyms, corporates, and communities.
We are looking for energetic individuals who can represent the brand on-ground, build doctor networks, and execute impactful healthcare events.

Hiwox is building healthcare and wellness-focused initiatives through doctor collaborations, awareness programs, wellness campaigns, and preventive healthcare engagement across colleges, gyms, corporates, and communities.
We are looking for energetic individuals who can represent the brand on-ground, build doctor networks, and execute impactful healthcare events.
Key Responsibilities Doctor Outreach & Onboarding
- Visit clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, and healthcare professionals regularly
- Approach and onboard doctors for healthcare and wellness collaborations
- Build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare partners
- Coordinate with consultants and maintain follow-up communication
- Help expand Hiwox’s healthcare partner network across the city
- Conduct and manage healthcare awareness events in:
- Gyms
- Corporates
- Colleges
- Communities
- Wellness centers
- Handle event coordination, setup, registrations, audience engagement, and reporting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals during wellness camps and awareness drives
- Ensure strong on-ground branding and outreach during events
- Travel daily for meetings, outreach, and event execution
- Represent Hiwox professionally during partnerships and campaigns
- Collect market insights, feedback, and lead information from the field
- Coordinate internally with the operations and wellness teams
- Must own a bike and have a valid Driving License (DL)
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in approaching doctors and healthcare professionals
- Ability to manage events and public interactions
- Self-driven, disciplined, and execution-focused
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, wellness outreach, or events is preferred
- Background in marketing, healthcare, business, wellness, or related fields
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, and community engagement
- Real startup and healthcare ecosystem exposure
- Opportunity to work directly on partnerships and ground execution
- Experience in healthcare branding, outreach, and wellness operations
