Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes with clients and internal stakeholders. The Healthcare Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, engage with candidates, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support timely onboarding. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, updating applicant tracking systems, preparing job postings, and providing regular status updates on requisitions. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, aligning staffing solutions with service expectations, and adhering to compliance and quality standards in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills, with experience managing full-cycle healthcare hiring.
  • Candidates should possess effective Hiring and selection capabilities, including interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams professionally.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and basic MS Office applications.
  • Relevant experience in agency or corporate recruitment, preferably within healthcare or allied industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple requisitions, and meet time-sensitive hiring goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
