We are hiring for:

  • Google Ads Specialist
  • Meta Ads Specialist
  • Healthcare Performance Marketing Specialist (Google + Meta)

If you are an expert in one platform, you are encouraged to apply.

If you have strong experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads, you will be considered for senior opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Generate qualified patient leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
  • Build complete patient acquisition funnels.
  • Create audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters and landing page teams.
  • Analyse campaign performance daily.
  • Suggest improvements in landing pages and conversion rates.
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads and AI features.

Round 3 – Practical Evaluation

Shortlisted candidates will be assigned a live healthcare campaign.

During this evaluation, we will assess:

  • Campaign setup quality.
  • Audience selection.
  • Ad copy and creative recommendations.
  • Budget allocation.
  • Daily optimization.
  • Reporting quality.
  • Communication.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Overall campaign performance.

The evaluation period may run for up to one week before a final hiring decision is made.
