Role ? Consultant/Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant Area of Expertise ? US Healthcare, Knowledge on Agile Methodologies, Data Analysis?? Job Description In the role of a HealthCare Data Analyst, you will be expected to leverage your domain and data handling expertise to understand key trends shaping the US Healthcare sector, business areas and source systems for data handling and mapping to provide actionable insights from raw data to support data driven decision making. Additionally, you are required to provide industry wide knowledge and insights to complex business needs since you will be in a client facing role.? Key Responsibilities Drive Business requirements grooming sessions to develop product backlog and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution, using ALM tools like Jira, Rally, RRC & RTC. Responsible for data mapping and maintenance of data platform in terms of creating subject areas and bringing data from different global data platforms. Analyse Healthcare data to identify patterns and insights and generate detailed report to present data findings clearly to stakeholders. Ensure data handling practices comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. Identify opportunities for operational improvements based on data analysis. Document as-is & to-be Business processes, assessing the Business data models, systems, and integration with technology. Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to analyse requirements. Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria for user stories. Expertise in Software dev. lifecycle and working experience in Agile methodologies & tools. Participate in account / unit level strategic initiatives. Identify new growth opportunities and support proposal and solution activities Good understanding of project management activities and project budgeting Required (Mandatory) 6-12 years of relevant experience in healthcare data analysis. Extensive experience with healthcare data standards and regulations. Familiarity with EHR systems and their data structure. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (E.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). Extensive Experience in Data Ware Housing/ ETL Business Analysis, Experience with data integration and ETL tools (E.g. Mirth Connect, Talend). Familiarity with cloud platforms. Proficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analysing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals. Experience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders. Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc. Excellent soft skills - written and verbal communication Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure Education Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate ? B. Tech or equivalent. MBA preferable. Any relevant certification will be an added advantage ?
