Requirements:

• B.Sc. or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and incident reporting
• Experience in implementing HSE policies and ensuring compliance with project safety standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
