Role Description The Health Direct role is a part-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves guiding clients and internal teams on health-related matters, including occupational health, basic medicine considerations, and health promotion strategies that align with digital campaigns. The Health Direct professional will collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure health information is accurate, accessible, and client-focused. Daily tasks include communicating health guidance, reviewing health-related content, supporting client consultations, and contributing to health-focused initiatives across SocialVerse’s digital services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Occupational Health and Medicine knowledge to provide informed, practical health guidance.
• Candidates should possess Health Promotion skills to design and support initiatives that encourage positive health behaviors.
• Relevant degree or diploma in public health, occupational health, nursing, medicine, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage part-time schedules, and adapt to a digital-focused agency setting.
• Experience in health consulting, corporate wellness, or health communication within a business or digital context is an advantage.
