Are you an experienced IT leader ready to drive enterprise technology for a leading name in the jewellery retail industry?

We're looking for a Head – Tech Support with 10+ years of experience to lead IT infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications across a multi-state retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure hosting Dynamics 365 F&O
✅ Oversee networking across HQ and 65 retail outlets
✅ Lead IT support, network engineers, and Dynamics 365 developers
✅ Manage IT vendors and ensure SLA compliance
✅ Drive MDM and EDR implementation projects
✅ Strengthen cybersecurity with Sophos firewalls and endpoint protection
✅ Ensure business continuity, backups, and disaster recovery

Preferred Skills:
✔ Microsoft Azure Administration
✔ Dynamics 365 F&O / ERP Administration
✔ Enterprise Networking
✔ Sophos Firewall & Endpoint Security
✔ MDM (Hexnode / ManageEngine)
✔ Azure Integration Services & API Management
✔ Vendor Management & Team Leadership

📍 Location: Thrissur, Kerala (On-site)
💼 Experience: 10+ Years

Requirements:
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Management (Retail experience preferred)
• Strong Azure Cloud expertise
• Fluent in Malayalam
• Willingness to relocate to Thrissur
