Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals.
• Manage cash flow, funding, and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.
• Oversee banking relationships, negotiate terms, and optimize banking arrangements.
• Implement risk management policies to mitigate financial and market risks, including forex and derivatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury activities.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Extensive experience in treasury management within the stock broking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in treasury management software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance applicable to treasury operations in India.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Preferred
• Certification in Treasury (such as ACT, CTP) or Financial Risk Management.
