Head of Security

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Head of Security to lead and manage all security operations at our Agra location. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background from the Armed Forces (Army/Air Force/Navy) or similar disciplined services, with proven expertise in risk management, asset protection, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security operations across the assigned location(s)
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place
• Manage and supervise security personnel, including third-party agencies
• Ensure safety of employees, visitors, and company assets
• Oversee access control systems, surveillance, and incident management
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required
• Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
• Drive security awareness and compliance across the organization

Key Requirements

• Mandatory background in Armed Forces (Army/Air Force/Navy) or similar services
• Proven experience in handling security operations, preferably in corporate/industrial environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High level of integrity, discipline, and decision-making ability
• Experience in crisis management and emergency response
• Familiarity with modern security systems and technologies
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing multi-location security operations
