Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales based in Gurugram. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and growing a high-performing sales team, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes overseeing sales processes, leading negotiations, tracking performance metrics, and identifying new business opportunities for real estate developments and property management services.

Role Description

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong Account Management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and develop sales teams
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and formulating data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, especially land and residential assets, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is a plus
